Not every item in our database is available at all times. We are too small a company to list current availability for all 40,000 items daily. Many items are available, some are temporarily out of stock, some are out of stock at the publisher, and a few may no longer be available.
If the item is out of stock at the publisher or no longer available, we will cancel your order without charging you, and we will email you to that effect. If you have a question about availability, you are welcome to contact us at dreamtime@insight-books.com or by phone at 888-326-5683.
We will write a separate email for each order in addition to the automatic email confirmation email containing an estimated invoice to let you know the current status of your order.
