This album has two meditations, both incorporating the five basic rhythms that make up Gabrielle Roth's moving meditative practice, The Wave. The first meditation is the soundtrack of Roth's video The Power Wave-an up-tempo, high-intensity workout. The second meditation is the soundtrack of Roth's video The Inner Wave. Here, she says, we work with all of the rhythms but we do it within the context of the rhythm of stillness, with the focus on the inner dance.
