This DVD package includes two complete films on India's most celebrated musician. Between Two Worlds is a documentary filmed in India and America, following two years of Shankar's life against the background of seven decades of musical collaboration with Western greats like George Harrison and John Coltrane, with archival concert footage dating back to the 1930s. Live in Concert features two ragas performed in London with Shankar's daughter Anoushka in summer 2002. Extras include Shankar's personal introduction to the sitar and Indian music and a tri-lingual illustrated booklet.
