The upstanding citizens of the depressed little town of Steadfast don't want a new homeless shelter opening in their community - especially when it's run by self-proclaimed witch Gwynyth McBride. Violent opposition erupts, led by an eccentric drug dealer with twisted plans of his own for the town.
